FAQ

Frequently asked questions about attending WawMUN 2026.

Both secondary school (high school) students and University students from all over the world are invited to take part in the conference.

Individual students and delegations should register through the mymun page and fill out the application form. The registration link and application deadlines will be announced closer to the conference.

WawMUN is a simulation of the United Nations in which students take on the roles of country representatives to discuss global issues. They work together to address these challenges by drafting and proposing resolutions. WawMUN offers a wide variety of committees allowing delegates to debate on many different topics.

WawMUN is an excellent conference for beginners. Its welcoming atmosphere, combined with relatively small committee size, allows delegates to participate actively in the proceedings. The conference also offers extensive preparatory resources, including a first timer meeting, a Rules of Procedure document, and a Study Guide published prior to the event.

WawMUN organises a social event which is a night party taking place in the famous Opera Club. Overall you will find WawMUN to be a very social and friendly conference allowing you to make many new friends and talk to everyone during the coffee breaks.

The participation fee will be announced closer to the conference.

To some extent, WawMUN follows Rules of Procedure similar to those used at other conferences. However, we have introduced certain modifications which, in our view, improve the overall simulation and raise the quality of debate.

The WawMUN secretariat can be contacted via e-mail at wawmun2026@gmail.com or via Instagram. The address and other contact information can be found on the Contact page.
