"Strengthening Collective Action to Ensure Security in a Fragmented World"
The words „to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war” and „to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security” are among the very first of the United Nations’ Charter and represent what always has been and what always will be at the heart of the United Nations’ mission.
Over the years, it is precisely through collective action, global participation and international collaborative efforts that the United Nations aimed to achieve its goals, aiming ever higher with each passing decade.
Security is far from only a matter of conflict. Along with physical security, at the forefront of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals are achieving food, health, economic, environmental and energy security — each an intrinsic element achievable only through cooperation from all United Nations Member States.
In an increasingly fragmented world, the United Nations’ mission faces perhaps its greatest challenge yet. Warsaw Model United Nations 2026 will empower its participants to think boldly and work together toward meaningful change. Through diplomacy, debate, and collaboration, we will inspire a new generation of leaders to champion and fight for security for all on the global stage.
