Jan Lubaczewski
Hi, my name is Janek Lubaczewski and I have the honour of serving as this year's Secretary-General. It is my responsibility to oversee every aspect of the conference and guide the other members of the secretariat. I am determined to make WawMUN 2025 the best MUN experience you will ever have. I hope to see you in November.
Franciszek Tarnowski
Hello, my name is Franciszek Michał Tarnowski and I am the Deputy Secretary-General of WawMUN 2025. I am de iure the second-in-command. Apart from expressing my profound affection towards the MUN community, I also enjoy learning about politics, history, diplomacy and economics. Outside the academic world, I love playing guitar, poker and tennis. I sincerely cannot wait to see you all this November!
Wojciech Musiał
Hello everybody! My name's Wojtek and I'm the PGA of this conference. Together with Norbi we oversee the academic aspects of WawMUN 2025, the bulk of our work revolving around everything chair-related. Outside the world of MUNs, my interests include law, chess and football. I'm extremely forward to seeing you all in Warsaw this November!
Norbert Piotrowski
Hey, I am Norbi and it is my utmost pleasure to serve as the Deputy PGA of WawMUN 2025. Together with Wojtek, I will ensure that the academics of WawMUN are top notch, as always. Apart from Model United Nations debates, I am passionate about aeronautics, DJing and sports, mostly table tennis, football and cycling. Feel free to approach me during the conference — it will be a pleasure to meet you all in November!
Ariana Bedrak
Hi! My name is Ariana and I am WawMUN's 2025 Director-General. Together with Maja we will ensure that the whole conference runs as smoothly as possible. My responsibilities include overseeing pages, managing General Assemblies as well as assisting Secretary-Generals. Hope to see you all in November!
Maja Szostek
Hi there, my name is Maja and alongside the Director-General we will make sure everything at WawMUN runs like clockwork. During the conference I will supervise the work of photographers, but feel free to approach me anytime in case you have any questions. It is my great pleasure to be a part of this event and I can't wait to see you all in November!
Pola Mrowińska
Hi! My name is Pola Mrowińska and I am serving as the USG for Public Relations at this year's WawMUN. My role is to successfully promote the event, establish connections with media patrons and partners, as well as handle honorary patronages. I also have the pleasure of inviting and welcoming distinguished guests at our conference.
Gabriela Ramotowska
Hi! I'm Gabi, this year's USG for Finance at WawMUN. I handle everything finance-related — from securing sponsors to managing our budget and keeping spending in check. I'm passionate about economics, tennis, and volleyball, and I'm excited to help make this year's conference a success!
Hanna Mill
Hi everyone! I'm Hania, and I have the pleasure of taking on the role of the USG for Delegate Services. My main responsibility is to make sure your time at the conference is meaningful and enjoyable. I'll be reading through all your applications and carefully matching you with roles that best suit you. I'm also here to assist international delegations. Feel free to reach out to me anytime — before or during the conference.
Marcin Zawadzki
Hi! I'm Marcin, and I'll be serving as the USG for Logistics at WawMUN 2025. I'll be handling everything behind the scenes — from securing the perfect venues and sorting out the catering to making sure all the logistics run smoothly, both during the conference and at our social event. Privately, I'm a big fan of windsurfing and beach volley. Looking forward to seeing you all in November!

Hi! I'm Hania, the USG for Social Media at this year's WawMUN. I'm responsible for all things digital, from announcements and updates to keeping our platforms active, informative, and engaging. I work closely with our amazing Design team to ensure that all visuals are on point, and I also manage the conference's website to keep everything running smoothly.
Phan Nhat Minh
Hi, I'm Kacper, and I'm responsible for half of the visuals for WawMUN 2025! I'm an amateur graphic designer, and I'm very passionate about design and art in general, so it's a great honour to be part of the design team for this conference. I hope you enjoy the conference and its visuals, as well as the gadgets I'll be in charge of supplying. See you in November!
